Burg Wassenberg Hotel

I recently stayed at this lovely hotel and had a wonderful experience! The location was perfect, with beautiful views from the terrace. The staff here were incredibly helpful and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The service was exceptional, with the receptionist making the check-in process easy and the restaurant staff taking care of my every need. I also appreciated the fact that there was no language barrier, which made the experience even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone, including non-German clients.

Loved our room and the hotel staff were extremely accomodating. Both dinner and breakfast meals were beautifully presented.

The heat didn't work in our room. The hotel offered to move us, but rather than move, we requested a heater that did the job.

Finding car park late at night. Front door locked on late arrival, had to ring hotel to get access. Room too hot.

The hotel is located in a beautiful historic setting, with cozy rooms and a terrace that offers great views. The breakfast was excellent, and the staff at reception and the man preparing breakfast were very welcoming and personable. The helpfulness of the staff was a standout feature.

There were some negatives to our stay. , the fact that the restaurant closed at 8 pm made dining difficult.

Location and decoration are attractive and restaurant was good.

The hotel is under-staffed, there was no-one serving in the bar so I had to search for someone to order a beer in the evening and I had to wait 20 minutes for someone to appear in the morning to check out.

SImple but comfortable room, the staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was allright.

Convenient location close to friends' houses. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty, with a friendly employee. Free Wi, Fi worked well in the room.

Bedding was not comfortable, and shower doors were broken in a tight space. No on, site restaurant and limited food options, with no choice but to request food from the kitchen that was already closed.
